well the lad that does the gear box on our track car has it so dialed now he can do it with out remoing the engine of the subframe, so it can be done. i wouldnt knoww where to start though
used Bens guide there, pretty much spot on cheers!
Gearbox out and away to be inspected see what shape its in. One of the springs had broken off the pressure plate and made a right mess inside the bellhousing. No wonder I couldnt get gears!
The only thing missing from the guide was the subframe support arms (under the car) but common sense leads you to those straight away! I found the hardest part was lining up the new gearbox to go in!
