This works for sure. My dad works for a very large company who I wont name. They were getting rid of a lot of the older members of staff. They thought my old man was ready to collect his pension but was in fact a year too young, so they had to find another way to get him out. He got wind of this and went to see the Docs. He was off for over a month with "stress". This reflected badly on the company, and during the time he was off he was offered a new role within the company.
