What is the ideal ride height in 'mm' front and back...?

Just take it down so that you have no arch gap, perfection.

Nose down stance, like 70-60?

Around 15mm difference between the front and rear. About 30mm down at the back, 45-50mm at the front. That's about right handling wise imo!

i had mine about 70-80mm at the back and60-70mm at the front. just go with what you feel is right

Only Mark Fish knows the setup.

like i said, they come out the box like that and since the t.ü.v. regulations are pretty strict in Germany i believe this setup to be the best/safest one. (Only Mark Fishy knows, ? )

You could go lower "for the looks"

if my rusty German is right that's 18-40mm between the bottom of the rear spring and the axle, and 145-160mm between the bottom of the front spring and the centre of the upper hub-damper bolt.
