like i said, they come out the box like that and since the t.ü.v. regulations are pretty strict in Germany i believe this setup to be the best/safest one. (Only Mark Fishy knows, ? )
if my rusty German is right that's 18-40mm between the bottom of the rear spring and the axle, and 145-160mm between the bottom of the front spring and the centre of the upper hub-damper bolt.
