H&R's rubbing help

Fitted my h&r coilovers last night, done it in couple of hours and i was really taking my time. Well impressed
Anyways the rears were set to max and the fronts wound down (low but not stupidly low).
They rub like a b**ch It only seems to be on the outside of the inner arch near to the front of the car on both sides. I will be taking the wheels off soon to have a better look but i think this is the only place.
Also the actual coilover seems pretty close to the tyre, should i put spacers on? \it dont rub like but is close.

you need to cut the liner away and bend or grind back the metal bumper bracket to stop the rubbing. They're close but it wont get any closer because its all fixed in position so no need for spacers.
