H8 bulb

hey, looking at a headlight that uses a H8 bulb.

thing is ive never head of a H8 bulb and dont know what there like. getting mixed feedback from google so i dont know if there crap or there xenon or hid or whatnot.

are they dim or bright as fcuk?

anyone care to shed some light on this matter please?
