Halfords 5W-40 Synthetic for 182

Would you use this in your 182? I know its not a 'true' synthetic but would be it be better than the mobil 10W-40 semi that the dealer put in?

PS It doen't like to rev with this oil - is it because its thicker?

Ok thanks fred! I think i've got the right sump plug washer - its got a rubber bit in the middle?

there are three different sump plug washers, they all do the same thing (don't over tighten it)

5W40 and 10W40 are the same "thickness", 5W just has a lower cold temp range (i think)
