Halfords batteries?

My battery died again last night, had to call AA man out...

so i'll replace the battery i think, but with which type?

Halfords batteries any good?

Halfords Calcium ones are very good and a 4 year gurantee on them, never had an issue with mine

just got a Calcium one from halfords, 4 year warranty.

also had 16% off at the moment, so cost £52

not a bad price, costo's are really good too, they sell bosch & such like.

Fubar - I've got them same battery in my ph1 and no problems and gives more power than standard too!

all fitted and good...

but a simple question, what are the little bungs for in each end of the Halfords Batteries? Also came with a little L shaped red pipe sellotaped to the top of it?

Its the breather pipe for the battery, should run along the side of the battery tray somewhere.

Dont worry about it too much thought, some batteries dont have it.

ah rite, last one didnt have one. I've just left the 2 bungs in the holes and thrown away the L shaped pipe....
