handbrake problem:s

my farside wheel handbrake cable is far too lose ,but the nearside is fine ,does any1 know how to tighten 1 side?:S

Make sure the lever that goes in to the back of the caliper moves in/out freely first, could be seized. Cable adjuster is under the the back off the handbrake, Yes, you have to take the exhaust heatsheild of to get to it. If past adjustment you may need a new cable.
