Happy With Insurance Ppl Shock!!

  don't

Yep thats rite, i am actually happy with an insurance company

gd old HIC, take hours 2 answer the phone and send out pages upon pages of paperwork, but they have been cheap

been with them for about 9 months now, in that time have changed cars 3 times, and they aint charged me anythin 2 change 4 admin charges

1992 ax gt to 1996 corsa 1.4 16v sport, no change, corsa to clio rsi, cost £200 more, same as it woulda been 2 change to a 106 1.4 xsi

anyway rang em up this mornin, end up on hold 4 5 mins and go back 2 reception, woman takes me mob no. i said will i actually get a call back, she laughed, 5 mins lata i get the call back, not bad im thinking

anyway cars getting lowered on monday so thought time 2 list me mods, only had the car bout 2 weeks, so have now listed lowering, £150 worth of sound system, thats most i could do on tptf, 15" alloys worth £200, and then said id b gettin a de-cat

now the de-cat, he said whats that, hmmmmmm i just said id b taking out the catalyc converter (spelling) anyway dont think he understood but he put it down anyway

Change to policy price is...............£0

i cant do £1500 worth of mods and not pay a penny extra on insurance aslong as i dont increase the bhp by more than 10

so hopefully come october they will give me a nice cheap quote as mod side of things is very gd with them!!!

gd start 2 the day anyway, now 2 go 2 renault and c if their parts department is actually open this w/end (need a specific rubber grommet)

.Dave.

They listed online, or do you have to phone them, if so do you have a contact phone number? Cheers.

No Web address ^.

They dont charge for non-power affecting mods.

When you phone up, always ask to speak to the same person as they work on commission.

Does the members discount area still show Phil as the contact, because he isnt there any more. I spoke to a guy called James.

They did have a massive (and I mean massive) claim going through, which ws putting prices up a bit (for drivers under 25), but I dont know if that has been sorted, I know mine was higher Fully Comp because of that, so i am TPFT, might upgrade it when I get the money, but not really much point paying 1K to insure a car worth maximum 2K (1997 1.2 RL, 67K).
