hard break pedal

recently fitted carbon lorraines and brembo hc discs were bedded in properly and have done about 300odd miles since but on breaking hard the pedal goes very hard and have no feeling through it pump the pedal back on still solid as a rock can anyone shed light on this?

Could be the pads are like that. Different pads do create different pedal feels.

Or the servo isnt working. Pump the pedal several times with the engine off, keep you foot held on it and then start the engine. if the pedal drops slightly (goes a bit softer) the servo is fine.

Oh and its BRAKE.........

/spelling lesson

sorry about spelling very tired..i thought about the pads jamming when i pumped it several times and it was still hard but they seemed to be working fine last week

Ill try pumping it with the car off tomorrow and see how that goes

thanks
