Hard drive problem

Formatted my pc yesterday, I have 2 HDDs, an 80gb C drive and a 250gb E drive. FOr some reason the E drive isnt being recognised any more, when I do get it to recognise it, XP is telling me that it is only a 7mb HDD.

Help!

Right-click 'My Computer' and click manage - then choose disk management down the left hand side and post a screenshot.
