If you really want to do it. Get it professionally done... If you're asking for help on here i don't think it should be on you consider to do yourself list. Will need a new fibreglassed centre console and something has to go to fit it in there..... Along with is there sufficient length cables, or do you need to extend them?
This wont be like fibreglassing a sub box together. Were talking framework (chicken wire maybe) followed by a fleece material, resined matted x 8 at least then sanded, filled painted etc.....
Lot of hassel if you ask me. And will cost you the same to get it done properly, nearly!
