Dont need the gasket, and you only need 1 washer ;)

Also, not sure on the fuel filter, someone else will clarify :)

ah yer didnt mean to put 2 sump plug washers on.

I have been told that you should replace the gasket when replacing the spark plugs?

Ah I like the WD40 idea.

Its actually in the tank? Thought it was just near it under the arch or there abouts?

Does the gasket not break? or is it fine to put back together?

Yea its pressed metal so dont worry about it

yea wd40 is something i always mention lol its the little touches that go a long way

yea iirc the fuel filter is inside the tank and doesnt need changing until 150k miles unless you have a phase 1

in which i think that is on the outside of the tank

Ah right i cant imagine pressed metal will break!

Yer I just read up its on inside and 150k. So that saves me 16 quid.

You seem to have covered all the service items well. As for the plenum/inlet gasket, only change it if it is damaged, usually a clean up job is all that is required.
