Hazard lights and ignition - MOT fail

My Mk1 172 has just failed its MOT this morning on a couple of faults which I sort but unsure on this one :S

The hazard lights don't work when the ignition is off. Absolutely no probs with button - hazards turn on and off when it's pressed and the ignition is on, but nothing when the car is off. Worth trying a new button or is there a separate fuse for the live feed?

Cheers just been out and banged switch a few times and there working now, Will stick a new switch in
