HDMI DivX DVD Players

Anyone got any recommendations? Not too bothered on price but would like one circa £100-£150 or around £250 if I can get it as part of a surround sound system.

Looked on AV Forums and they all rave the Tevion from Aldi but that was some time ago and my local store doesn't have any. It's to go alongside a Toshiba screen if that makes any difference.

I bought one of the Tevion upscaling dvd players and it's great. Definately a bargain. Can be bought on ebay I think.
