Head change

Hi, i'm going to change the head on my 2003 clio 172, does anyone have any pointers or things i should watch out for when changing it!

I also need the timing settings and torque settings for the head, Does anyone have any diagrams of these?

need the special locking tools mate, new cambelt kit, new cam plugs, new headbolts new headgasket, possible new lower crank bolt

not cheap!
