Head unit and steering wheel controls - upgrade - advice please - Clio 182

I am looking at upgrading my standard Renault head unit and have not got a clue!!!

I want a nice head unit that I can plug a USB into with hundreds of songs on. I presume head units these days have an easy navigation for USB music?

The head unit MUST have the ability to tie in with my steering wheel and side buttons - I haven't got a clue how to do this so please help. Some recommendations on the parts I need would be much appreciated.

Speak to Matt at MT Audio on here. He can supply the steering control harness. Most head units these days have a USB port. They work just the same as having a CD in.
