head unit.. im confused :|

so i wanna replace the facotry head unit, its sound quailty is crap n i feel im not getting the most out of me new speakers.

i want prefeably an alpine HU, but i also want it to be able to connect to the steering controls... ok this is where i get consfused.

i see ISO connecters in the descriptons.. is this it?
or does it have another name?

also what adapters do i need?


also my clio is, 07 plate, mk2 ph 3?? it has the radio display and update list HU.

you need an adapter for the stalks,cost 35 quid,see this thread,07 plate mk2 ph3 should be the same as a mk2 ph2

campus sports are a mk2 ph3, mk2 ph2 are the same iirc,but best to take the radio out to check it first,take a pic for us.

there are 2 adaptors you need,one is a patch lead specific to make the other specific to car

imo the autoleads ones are cack so steer clear,stick with the incartec ones or connects 2 ones
