also, how do i take out the factory headunit
i dont want to damage it as i will eventually want to put it back in when i come to sell the car

pretty sure your need these -

to get the original head unit out, just pop them down each side of the unit.

as for a decent head unit, want something like-

dont bother buying anything to get the hu out, all it needs is 2 sections of coat hangers bent into 'U' shapes to stick in the 4 holes and it pops out
