headgasket replacement

hi there I'm new to this site
I need some help as I'm currently stripping down my 1.2 16v d4f engine
as the head gasket as gone does any body know what the torque settings are for this
engine and I'm i ok to take the engine mount off or is it better to support the engine first

are you 100% sure its the headgasket as its a rare failure!
