Headlamp washers AGAIN !!

So ive replaced the pump and fuse which got that working , and then replaced the Headlamp washer jets too ! but they had been disconnected before , so i reconnected them and they work but after using them the washer bottle is emptied all over my floor

What causes this to happen because it looks like its coming out the pipes not the jets because it leaks passenger side wheel, and whats the fix i cant just go replacing the whole lines surely ?

anybody any ideas I heard the term one way valves throw about a while ago is this the fix?

im sure this has been done a million and one times but any help would be great thanks !!

the one way valves is to fix the front head light jets weeping which yer saying isnt this

if its passenger side arch theres the 2 pipe connectors, maybe ones come off

I double checked both were on and worked fine and then started dripping !!

if its dripping where the connector is, cut end off pipe n try again, if not try one way valve it may have a bigger grip on pipe. plus see if it leeks when yer using the front washers
