headlamp washers not working, help..

everytime i fill my windscreen washer fluid up it just leaks from around the headlights, but the headlight washers dont even spray, any ideas, cheers. the car is an 04 clio 182

common fault with the clio is the washer jet headlights leak try seaching on here as some peeps have found an easyway to fix this
