Headlamps cloudy

When using the wet and dry paper do I start with the low no. I.e 1000 or with the high 2500?

Low 1000 to start with, remember to make sure the paper is wet at all times. use a hose perhaps taped with masking tape to the top of the bonnet/light and have it trickling water out whilst you sand.

I wouldn't recommend using any type of sandpaper as you would scratch the lens. I would use maguiers headlight restoration kit with a polisher attached to a drill
