headlight bulbs

One of my Ultra bulbs has just gone pop so need to replace them both as I have one blue light and one standard orange-y one now.
Looking for a few recommendations, I know this has been covered before but there are new bulbs on the market by now.
What I want is;
standard h7 fitment,
as blue as the law allows for a xenon look,
good quality and,
reccomend me some good sidelights to go with them.

For side lights I would say go for LED ones and for headlights I had Philips X-treme Power bulbs in my old car, not xenon look but very good for vision.

my old sidelights were led's, they didnt last very long. iv heard good things about philips bulbs, just want some blue ones...
