Headlight Fogging

Hi

I have the age old problem of fogged/aged headlights and am trying to restore them.

I've tried the wet and dry approach which failed, although I may try a slightly heavier paper. I have also tried the toothpaste method, and although the headlights now smell fresh and minty....this hasn't worked either!

Am I fighting a loosing battle?

Hiya!

Get some scratchx or G3 Scratch remover paste from halfrauds and buff them up! I went for the 1200 wet'n'dry then some halfords rubbing compound then the g3 method. I sanded by hand and buffed them with a cheapo machine I bought of the interweb! They look x10000 better.

Just buy the 3M headlight kit, used it on mine, works a treat. About £20 iirc.
