Headlight swap

Right I'm getting fed up with my passenger xenon sometimes it works others it doesn't I've tried swapping starter, ballast and bulb over but still no joy! How much work would it take to fit standard headlights and what wiring would I need??

As I understand it it's a straight swap from Xenons to poverty spec lights. No need to bugger about with wiring. My passenget xenon plays up btw and I find it's perfect on the auto light setting (i.e comes on when it gets dark automatically) but is flaky on the stalk....
