Headlight washer jet plates

Hi,

When I took my car to Mike at Rentech last Friday, I asked him how I'd go about removing the headlight washer jets and replacing them with a plate, just like the Cup's. He said it can be a pain in the *rse job and the plates themselves are around £50 from Renault. I was like whaaat!

So what is required and how would I go about it? :)

  BMW M135i
Bumper off to change them and the blanking plates are circa 50 notes each from renault like mike said. Only cheaper way is to catch a 2nd hand set which are rare.
