Headlights changed after MOT.....

This could sound dumb but anyway...

Before I got my 182 I'd read numerous people say the Xenons were sh*t. Now for 8 months the headlights were to my expectation, quite bright but the range was shocking, 3 metres at most. As if they were pointing at the floor I suppose. But I rarely drive at night and it never bothered me so I didn't question it.

Had an MOT today and I've just drove home from the missus' and about halfway home I realised my headlights had ALOT more range, much better than they ever have been.

Will they have been adjusted during the MOT? Either way they are much better!

They've either adjusted them or just used the preset settings on the headlight adjustment switch

Thought as much. Either way I'm happy, loads better. Almost as good as my old Cooper S Xenons which were immense.

Everytime I get mine back from MOT I have to correct them because they always seem to make it so one is pointing too high.
