Headlights for PH2 172

Hi Chaps,

Picked up my Clio 172 yesterday, the cars in A1 condition but the surface on the outside of both headlights around the indicator appears scratched/marked. Just wondering if this is a common thing as their plastic, does anyone know where i can get replacement headlights from as this is the only thing thats letting the car down??

Hi,

This is a very common thing with Clios and I think most have encountered it! It is up to you how you deal with it, either via machine or by hand (I went for hand).

I used wet & dry paper grades 800,1200 and 1500 (paper soaked in water for a few minutes before hand) then went onto T-cut and then onto Megs Scratch X.

I did come across a thread last night cheers guys, picked up some 1200 & 1500 wet and dry and some Megs Scratch X this morning so will give it a try after work
