headlights from a 172's

Hay guy's will the headlight's of a 172's fit my 1.4 rt its a mk1 ph1 i think its on a T plate 1999

I think you mean mk2 ph1.

Yes they will, but small wiring modifications are required, not a big job though. A number of people have done it on here, myself included.
