Headunit that works with the Renault controls

Is there ANY aftermarket headunits that work out of the box with the Renault steering wheel controls or do they all require some sort of adapter?

(My cousin wants to change the HU in his 2005 Megane but I assume the controls are the same throughout the Renault range)

all need one,unless you buy another renault radio

imagine how many different leads would need to be connected to a radio in order for it to work with all cars out the box for stalk controls
