Heater (Clio 16V)

My heater runs cold if I put the fan on number three. Is this normal

or is my heater matrix blocked. If it is, are they easy to replace?

mite be little blocked but it wont be as hot on 3 as 2 and 2 wont be as hot s 1. its easy to flush out the mtrix jus take pipe from bottle into mtrix and take pipe of other ebd of matrix and use a hose pipe. mite be easier but thts what i did and it worked
