heater controls/aircon

[1.6 16v]

I have a dynamique and was wondering if its possible to move the conrols. Are they cable or electronic?

Sorry im talking about the heater controls and i have aircon not climate control

temp and direction controls are cable. fan speed and aircon are electronic.
