heater failed

hi guys on my way home tonight in me 182 i realised my heater was not blowing air,hot or cold...when i got home and switched off the engine i tried again and all i can hear is what i think is the motors opening the vents ect..i think thats what i can hear anyway..either way the fan isnt working,am i going to have yet another warrenty claim,has anyone else had this problem on 172/182???

the fans resisitor fails its not pretty common but ive heard of it happening
