so on a drive to nottingham the fan stops working, a mate says it could be the resistor pack and renault want an eye watering £130 can't find one second hand anywhere. gutted

Check the guides section. About £5 and a bit of time and, if it is the resistor pack, you should be fixed.

try ebay if you aren't confident enough to fix it yourself, a guy called "coolwill2k" recently did mine for me for £30 and its been fine since

lol ill signup on payday, funds are allocated elsewhere and this has set me back. i'll be up the creek when my windows are hazy, so ideally i need to sort it asap. other than cliospares as they have none in stock, is there anywhere or anyone that might be selling a working item?
