heater fan not working :/

Evening
The fan has completely stopped working in my 172.
it has the digital display and every thing apart from the fan works :/
its getting cold and my windows need demisting !!!!
please help

Sounds like it could be the resistor pack under the scuttle panel,
Have a search on here for heater resistor as theres a fair amount of info on it,
Also when you locate it, the plug that connects to the resistor pack, if you bridge connections 1 and 5
The fans in your car 'should' come on full blast, that way you know if you have a faulty resisitor pack

i just had to replace my resistor. got one for £18 on ebay brand new with warranty
