Heater temperature won't turn down!

Iv got a Phase 2 Clio 172, not had it long but had a couple of niggles. When the temperature is turned all the way down it still tries to cook me, the air con doesn't appear to be working as it is still blowing hot air out of the vents, its only just started doing this! Any ideas guys?

Spot on thanks mate, took the servo motors off and the cog peice had split so iv managed to fix it! Cheers!

looked at mine tonight to find the cog is fine. but the motor doesn't move when i change the temp. anyone had to renew the motor/servo? thanks all
