Have signed up after meeting a few of you at FCS last weekend !
Hope to be able to bring some insights to the forums from racing a Clio.
We were both fresh to racing this year, having only done trackdays before. We decided last year to have a go and so went and did our ARDS tests !
Now, we're campaigning a 197 Cup in the Britcar Production S1 championship. We had hoped to be mixing it up in Class 3, but changes to the rules saw all the others drop out and left us having to race in Class 2. That leaves us about 50 horses down on most things but hey-ho it's endurance racing and its about finishing ! That attitude has done us well so far, there's only a couple of others that have finished every race.
It must be that legendary Renault reliability......
Anyhow, so far, so good with us 3rd in Class and 4th overall.
