Best exhaust for a 182 IMO is the milltek system

best filter is ITG panel

suspension depends - if just springs go for either eibach prosports or sportlines, if you want a fully adjustable set up coilovers are the way to go, H&R are top dog

bit vague there mate and a search will answer most of your questions. What suspension do you want (low/springs/coilovers....), what do you want out of your exhaust (quiet or not)
