help a mofo out

i have downloaded a file but it wont make a shortcut???

i got to install the file and it does but makes n shortcut and when i go to my comupter ect ect theres nowt there????

Search by file name or even the date if you did it recently

nowt there, there is no setup .exe just (filename).exe. when i run this it all starts up and goes fine but when it comes to closing it down there no shortcut and i have to start from scratch and extract everything agasin.

Why not name the file yourself and create your own shortcut on your desk top.

have done so and it says the application failed to start because net.dll was not found?

thats what it says mate?
