Hi guys as some of you might know i like to look after my car alot, last saturday i was in work and a manager from the wearhouse thought it might be a good joke to wrap my car in shrink wrap! (its like cling film) Only thing was the car was dusty and covered in crap and also damp i was livid, infact thats not even the right word to use! Anyway next day i thought ill wash the car, so i did then when i was finishing up drying the last dregs that seem the linger i noticed that there was a funny mark on the front edge of the bonnet...

Mike, try to polish it out first... a cutting pad with some mildly abrahsive polish should do it...

Other wise - order some 3000 grit meguires wet and dry off a detailing website... Its literally as smooth as paper near enough, but abrahsive... Give it a rub down with plenty of water and polish it back up. Don't be a spaz with it and it will be fine.

Boosh id love to have a go at polishing it out as ive got a DAS-6 in the garage but i dunno how to use the f**king thing properly as JD never answers his b*****d phone (even tho he insists i get him to show me), then Mr turner f***s off the bolton! :(

Bite the bullet mate. HONESTLY - You could sit with the DA on one spot, with the harshest pad and polish combo for about 5 mins before you do any damage. Obviously with rotory its a completely different best, im still yet to master this 100% but its definately a lot more powerful than the DA.

Take the plunge with it mate! Just take your time. Feel free to take my number and drop me a text or gimme a ring if you get stuck.

OR PM me what products you have got and I will do you a wee guide

I got this on my car from the bodyshop. If the car is wet and you put the car sheet over it, it leaves marks behind. 3m Fast Cut on a 3m Green pad and rotary will remove it. Just go easy and remember to refine with a lighter polish after!
