HELP..ALARM inf required

i just parked the car and activated the alarm with the button

no, i have left something in the car, and the mrs needs it,

i have a spare key but the button dont activate the alarm, but it will open and lock the car, and start it,

if she uses this key and opens the door, will the alarm go off??

if it does go off and she locks it back up will the alarm shut up after a little while?
