*help* bonnet won't open

my bonnet won't open, the passanger side thing is loss and i can pull the bonnet leaver, but it just won't open . can any body suggest anthing that will help open it pls?

Is it on the second catch if so if you open it as far as you can you may be able to unscrew the catch from the bottom of the bonnet - may be worth a try not really had much to do with this model.
