Help - Brake lines

Came to fit my braided brake lines today, and the unions on the fronts are that tight no amount of plus gas wil shift them infact i've partia;lly rounded the nut off :eek:

Now i seem to remember i can chop the line, and re-fit new unions to the end of the copper pipe, but i don't have access to a brake line flairing tool, so i need abodge i can do without the tool

Already tried that and mole grips, to no avail, normal rubber hoses are ont eh fronts still, will chop the unions off and stick new ones on, now that i ahve transport to go and buy the flairing tool

Soaked wiht Plus gas whihc is about 100x better then WD-40, and left it for a good half hour (usually works within seconds)
