help! camber shims, caliper and disc needed to remove?

hiya needing to fit camber shims asap. tryed to undo the bolts behibd hub but they just keep spinning is the caliper and disc needed to be removed?
 
Rear camber shims are fitted behind the stub axle.

Disc needs to be removed in order to access the torx head bolts.
