Help. Clio exhaust noise, not the usual

Just put a new engine in my trophy. The engine was not making this noise before the manifold was attached.

That's misfiring.

It seems like its echoing from the engine, so something close to the Manifold!

The engines vibrating alot, as if the dog bone mounts fucked. And no noise is actually coming from the engine it's self. I've got a feeling the manifold may be hitting something but I'm no expert. Hence this thread
