HELP!- Clio mk1 windscreen washers

hey people! i am having trouble with my windscreen washer jets on my clio. They don't seem to be working. I have tried the old technique of clearing out the pin-holes with a pin and filled the water tank up, but when i go to spray my windscreen, nothing happens.
can anyone help??
