Evening,
Drove over part of a dry-stone wall recently that someone had put on the road round a blind corner....and it hit my cat badly, and its blowing from both sides.
Basically, I've been told by a mate that I need a new clamp for the back section (no biggy)..and possibly some sort of ring? that is in the pipe coming from the manifold.
But....is this ring in the actual Cat?..if so, would i just be able to put a decat pipe in place of the Cat and bypass spending however much the ring is...(quite expensive)....or even if i Decat the car, would the ring still need to be there.
Any advice would be appreciated!
