help!! exhaust and suspension fitters in Stoke

Anyone know of any good cheap places to get the following fitted in Stoke-on-Trent -

- Lowering Springs (30mm)
- Magnex Universal Back Box (is this easy to fit yourself??)

the box you could do yourself, but i highly recommend the powerflow dealer in leek (silver systems) especially as its universal and you might have problems with the brackets. he also had a nice flame red 172 you can have a nose at

garage wise i also recommend simon dean in hanley, not the cheapest around, but does a top notch job without cutting corners.
