Help fitting hid's

Ive had a search and cant find a guide/thread of how to fit them. Anyway, ive just got my hid kit though the post, had a look at the instruction manual and tbh, because i know s**t all about car electrics/electrics/much at ll, it doesnt perticuarly make sense, so if anyone could advise me on how to fit them id appreciate it.

I can work out how to connect the ballasts and such, but am unsure as to how/where to connect to the power supply.

Any advice is appreciated, cheers.

It uses all the connectors that would usually attatch to a standard bulb, go open the bonnet take the old bulb out and compare wires. Its sooooo easy!

If you connect everything in the box correctly there should just be two connectors left to plug into the existing wiring in your car.

What is the legality of HID's, insurance and MOT wise?

They need to have projectors, washers and be self leveling to be legal.

MOT depends on where you go, depends if they check the headlights. Most small garages just check that they work and dont bother with the beam pattern etc..
